Viewings

Our viewings are on a one to one personal basis. Either your agent or one of our overseas staff will accompany you on an inspection trip.

A variety of areas and properties based on your individual requirements will be scheduled for visiting in order to draw comparisons in the selected destination. Normally a 3-day, 2-night excursion is recommended, as this will allow enough time to fulfil the busy schedule.

We usually plan to visit surrounding attractions to gather first hand experience of what is on offer for the rental customers, as well as sampling the local cuisine and wines.

Initially we ask for you to pay for flight we will pay for the hotel. We do not offer subsidised inspection trips, as these are a false economy used by companies who practice restrictive selling.

The cost of inspection trips will vary, but usually accommodation is provided and customers cover their own flight costs. Food and drink is often provided by the agent / developer along with transportation.

We would also make you aware that a reservation fee is often due during your visit if you wish to proceed. This takes the selected property of the market whilst your solicitor checks contracts and the development. This is typically €3000 or £2000, for the initial reservation fee to secure the property. In addition most new builds require that you pay between 20%-30% of the property price within a 30-60 day period.
